U15s, U18's - your payment for Spokane is due! The cost per player staying in a team room is $110. This cost is due to The Edge, via Rhonda (either by mail or Paypal) by 3/10 for U14s and U16s, and by 3/15 for U15s and U18s.
Reno Farwest Qualifier (15's, 16's, & 18's) - 4/22-4/26:
Reno money is due - $175 for the players staying in a team room that includes the van as described below. Parents, if you have a parent room it's $610.
Flight 1: departs 4/22 @ 7:40 am on Alaska/Horizon 2139, returning 4/26 @ 11:50 am on Alaska/Horizon 2252.
Flight 2: departs 4/22 @ 2:30 pm on Alaska/Horizon 2253, returning 4/26 @ 11:50 am on Alaska/Horizon 2252.
Coaches are confirming flight information.
Hotel Update: we will be staying at the Grand Sierra - http://www.grandsierraresort.com/. Cost per player is $155 (includes all nights/taxes, etc) and is due 30 days before departure - 3/20.
Transportation: as a club, we are renting 3 vans to provide transportation for the players and coaches to and from the hotel since walking is not an option (it's about 3 miles from the convention center, a 5 minute drive). The cost for this transportation is $20 per player due at the same time hotel fees are due: 3/20. We realize some parents are renting cars, however, our expectation is that all players and coaches will be traveling to and from the convention center as teams (unless an exception has been made by a coach for a player to ride with their parent). Once we have the game schedules we will put together a schedule for the van sharing.
