Travel update: Denver - Colorado Crossroads (18's only) 3/5-3/9:
Flight: Departs 3/5 @ 3:58 pm on United Airlines 742, returning 3/9 @ 11:35 am on United Airlines flight 339. The cost for the flight is $300 by 1/25/2010. Please contact Rhonda with any questions regarding this flight.

Hotel payment information:
The cost per player for Denver hotel is $170 total (includes all nights, taxes, etc). I took the entire amount for the players rooms, and divided that by the amount of players that are staying in a team room. Payment is due 30 days before departure - 2/5 via US mail to Rhonda or via Paypal.
Parents: for parents staying at the Denver Marriott City Center through the Edge, you will pay the Edge (either by check to me in US mail, or via paypal). The cost is $645 total (includes all nights, taxes, etc). I will need this to me by 30 days before departure, that is when the hotel will charge the Edge card - so that is 2/5. The parents I have reserved rooms for are: Jasperson, Manker, Johnson/Anderson, Gurr, Gann/Wright, Warick, Patton.

Spokane PNQ (all teams): We will be staying at the Peppertree Liberty Lake. Parents, you may contact the hotel directly to book your room. I only need to know if your player is NOT staying in a team room, otherwise you can make all your arrangement through the hotel. Here's the website:

U14's Blue, U14's Black, and U16's travel 3/18-3/21 (hotel is for 3 nights we will leave Spokane on Sunday, 3/21).
U15's, U18 Blue, and U18 Black travel 3/25-3/28 (hote is for 3 nights we will leave Spokane on Sunday, 3/28).
We are not flying to Spokane, we will drive. If your player needs a ride or you want to arrange carpools, please work with your coaches directly. If you want to fly yourself and your player, that's fine.
The cost per player staying in a team room is $110. This cost is due to The Edge, via Rhonda (either by mail or Paypal) by 3/10 for U14s and U16s, and by 3/15 for U15s and U18s.
Reno Farwest Qualifier (15's, 16's, & 18's) - 4/22-4/26:

Hotel Update: we will be staying at the Grand Sierra - http://www.grandsierraresort.com/. Cost per player is $155 (includes all nights/taxes, etc) and is due 30 days before departure - 3/20.
Transportation: as a club, we are renting 3 vans to provide transportation for the players and coaches to and from the hotel since walking is not an option (it's about 3 miles from the convention center, a 5 minute drive). The cost for this transportation is $20 per player due at the same time hotel fees are due: 3/20. We realize some parents are renting cars, however, our expectation is that all players and coaches will be traveling to and from the convention center as teams (unless an exception has been made by a coach for a player to ride with their parent). Once we have the game schedules we will put together a schedule for the van sharing.
