My name is LaMonica McNellis and I am a Sophomore at Tacoma Community College. This is my second season coaching The Edge--last season assistant coaching the U-18s and this season assisting the U-16s. I have been playing volleyball for the past 9 years. I played on varsity for 3 years for Gig Harbor High School. I played club volleyball for Kitsap Juniors VBC as well as Narrows VBC; unfortunately I never played with The Edge but I know if I had, I would have enjoyed a great season of volleyball. In 2008, I started playing volleyball for Angela Spoja at Tacoma Community College. I have had some of the most amazing experiences of my life with the Tacoma Community College volleyball team and the coaches as well. I am looking forward to the upcoming season with the U-16 Edge!
